How the board stays current
Nothing here is exotic. We pull from a handful of sources and reconcile them into one board per airport.
Published schedules
Each airport operator publishes a baseline schedule. We use this as the scheduled time you see on the board.
Operator updates
Where an airport exposes a public status feed, we poll it every few minutes and overlay delays and cancellations on the baseline schedule.
Manual corrections
Smaller airports don't always publish live status. For those we cross-check against airline announcements and correct the board by hand when something looks off.
What we don't do
We don't sell data, run ads on the boards, or track who's looking something up. If a flight matters enough to check twice, it should load fast and stay out of the way.
