Why SkyDoom exists

Started after one too many trips through Chișinău where the only status board in sight was a dusty CRT behind the check-in desk.

Large flight trackers cover thousands of airports well and a few dozen badly. The regional airports we follow tend to fall in that second group — enough traffic to matter to the people flying through them, not enough to get a dedicated team at the bigger platforms.

SkyDoom is a small, unpaid side project. It stays online because keeping ten boards updated turned out to be a lot less work than expected, and enough people write in asking for one more airport that it's clearly filling a gap.
